Spindle bearing equipment for saw mill planer

Our costumer was dissatisfied with the short life time of the spindles in their planer.

WeSolve AB/PROAC AB evaluated the existing spindles and used that information to come up with a brand new design that was more stiff and better suitable for their planer. After manufacturing these new spindles WeSolve AB/PROAC AB also tested and installed them at site.

Now, more than 10 months after the installation, the customer can already see improvements compared to the old solution. Both the life time has increased and also the vibration levels have decreased a lot.

Thanks to this we are very pleased to announce, that the costumer have contacted us again, they now want us to evaluate all of their existing spindles. This will for sure lead to another successful project.
